The Structural plan covers physical inspection only — no legal review. Site visit happens within 24 hours of your request and the report is delivered within 48 hours.
The Standard and Premium plans include full legal document review. This requires fetching reports from the Sub-Registrar Office, Village Office, and in some cases courts. This takes 5–7 working days under normal circumstances. If legal issues are discovered and additional verification from multiple parties is needed, it can take longer. We will not rush legal review — your protection depends on thoroughness, not speed. We will keep you updated at every step.
Vett is a verification service, not a law firm. Our report documents observable physical facts and the findings of our empanelled advocate based on the documents reviewed at the time of inspection. It is not legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for engaging your own lawyer before completing a transaction.
That said, our reports are prepared by qualified advocates and contain documented findings, timestamped photo evidence, and signed declarations. Whether a report carries evidentiary weight in a specific legal matter depends on the circumstances — your own lawyer is best placed to advise on that.

Payment is collected online before the verification begins. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and all major payment methods. You will receive a confirmation and receipt immediately after payment.
We collect payment upfront because our partner team — the civil engineer and the advocate — are scheduled and paid regardless of what is found. Our findings are never influenced by whether the deal closes or not. That independence starts with how we are paid.
